Order Questions:

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?  ​

If for any reason once you have placed your order you wish to cancel or change it, please either send us a message via our site, email us at or call us at 877-317-2129 and we will be more than happy to assist.

If orders are placed  by 12.30 PST, they will ship that day, therefore please contact us as soon as possible to change/cancel your order.

If your order has shipped and you wish to cancel, any shipping costs incurred by Silcskin Canada will be deducted from the refund.

An item is missing from my shipment:

Click the "My Account/Order status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status.

Be sure that all the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm packages were delivered.  If your packages each show a status of "delivered" please contact customer service for assistance. 

Part of my order is damaged:

We take pride in ensuring that items in your order are shipped with the necessary packaging material to ensure you receive your item in new condition.  If due to unforeseen circumstances your package is damaged when it is received, please send us a photo of the unopened parcel as well as any items inside that are damage and email them to us as and we will open a case with the courier to investigate.

Where to you ship from:

We are located in Beautiful British Columbia and providing we have inventory and your order is received prior to 12.30 pm PST Monday to Friday it will ship the same day. Any orders received after 12.30 pm will ship on the next business day. Orders received at the weekend or on holidays will ship on the next business day.

When will I receive my refund?

In the event that you return your order, once received your refund will be processed within three business days of receipt, less any shipping and handling costs incurred by SilcSkin Canada.

Can two discounts be used at once?

Unfortunately, we are only able to allow one coupon per order.

I signed up for Rewards, how do I redeem my points?

When you place an order you will receive an email telling you how many points your order was worth. If you click on this link it will allow you to redeem your points against your next order.

I received a coupon code, but forgot to use it against my order, can anything be done?

If you received a coupon code and forgot to use it, please email us at with your coupon code number within 24 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to help.

We offer FREE EXPEDITED PARCEL SHIPPING on all merchandise orders that are $95 and over (excluding taxes and coupons applied). For shipments totaling less than $95, there is a delivery charge of $13 .95 for shipping.

Due to Fuel Surcharges being implemented by Couriers we have had to temporarily increase our Shipping cost to offset this increase.

During Peak Shipping times such as Holiday sales, shipping may be delayed due to the volume of orders. We will however be diligently working to have your order shipped to you as quickly as possible.

Any orders over $150.00 excluding taxes and shipping, will be shipped with Signature required.

How long will it take for  me to receive my order?​

We are located in British Columbia and all orders are shipped Via Canada Post Expedited Parcel, with a delivery time of 2 to 7 business days.


Order not Delivered/Received

If your order says it was delivered, however you have not received it, please contact us within 30 days of the date of your order and we will open a ticket with Canada Post to investigate further.

We ship using Canada Post Expedited Parcel with Do Not Safe Drop, which means if you are not at home to receive the order, Canada Post will leave a card telling you where it can be picked up.

Once Canada Post has confirmed non delivery we will have your order reshipped with a Signature required. Depending on how quickly you confirm with Canada Post non-delivery this can take up to 7 business days.


What is your return policy?
If you’re not satisfied with any item‚ simply return it to us within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund of its purchase price, less any shipping and handling costs incurred by
Refund requests received within 30 days of purchase will be issued to the original form of payment when available.
We will promptly replace any defective product. Simply return the product to the address below in its original packaging with a copy of your sales receipt within 30 days of purchase. 

Any reward points associated with all refunds will be removed when the refund transaction if processed.
